There was no room service and the front desk said to come down for any towels and toiletries

Staff is courteous. Shuttle service was amazing. Bed Mattresses need update. Overall recommended for the price.

The hotel was very clean, room was nice and updated. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was a wonderful treat. My only complaint is regarding the airport shuttle, it actually doesn't run until 10pm (every hour on the hour). We got to the shuttle pick up at 9:50 for the 10:00 pickup called the hotel and they already did the last pick up at 9:45. So we had to wait 40 minutes for an Uber. A little frustrated, but overall the stay was fine

The water pressure in the shower was very low and not hot, elevator wasn't working when I left.
