This was my second time staying here. The staff are super friendly and it's really close to the airport. The hallways and elevator are extra hot. The one elevator is shaky and takes forever. It feels like a sauna. You could literally sweat to death on your way to the room. I was sad to find that the pool and hot tub were extremely dirty and was not cleaned the whole time I was there. It's Florida so a pool is essential. Nobody wants to swim with cups floating around.

Hôtel bien pour une nuit seulement pré-croisière a Cap Canaveral. Navette gratuite de l’aéroport, hôtel, déjeuner compris très varié mais un peu difficile car l’hôtel est bondé de croisiéristes qui partent tous à la même heure.

I stayed for one night, and selected this hotel for low price and airport shuttle service. I called to enquire about early check in. They said they could only determine that when I arrived, and there would be an additional charge. When I arrived, around 1pm, the lobby was packed with people waiting for rooms. I decided to return my rental car, and used the shuttle to return around 2:30. Had to wait over an hour to get a room, since there was primarily just one person at the front desk. staff was pleasant, room could have been cleaner, there was hair in the refrigerator.

The property was very clean. The staff was polite and friendly. The pool water was too warm.
