Hot tub was broke and it was the reason we chose the hotel staff was really nice

Was looking forward to the Hot Tub and pool. Both where ice cold. Staff did try to trouble shoot Hot tub .

I chose it because it was labeled as free shuttle to airport. However, when I arrived at the airport at 8:30PM, I was told the shuttle was available before 8 PM. I hope this information should be emphasized on expedia's page. The lock in my first room was broken and we changed keys twice until front desk switched another room for us. There are many crazy drivers in Orlando, at least in the area around this hotel. There is no traffic lights or crosswalk on the streets nearby.
