I love this hotel. There was an issue with my reservation because I booked through Expedia, and the staff and manager at the property worked with Expedia to resolve it to enable a smooth, hassle-free check-in. Room is spacious, clean, quiet and welcoming. Highest marks!

Was so tired from traveling. Kelly helped so much. Her smiling face made us feel at home. We were so stressed. She calmed us down made sure our room was perfect. Would come back just because Kelly

It was close to the airport. The shuttle does not start running until 6am, so if your fight departs before 8:15am you can’t use it for a ride to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel seemed to be recently updated. A/C worked great in the room; hotel itself was muggy and humid inside. Cleanliness was OK around the hotel. My comforter had a stain on it; but all other sheets and towels looked to be clean.

I keep hoping to like this hotel, but it always comes up short. Last time was the sad breakfast bar, this tim it was not really clean and maintained.
