My husband and I decided to stay two extra days on vacation, so we booked a room here from a different hotel. The staff was so much friendlier, the hotel was a lot cleaner and the bed was so comfy! Special shout out to Kellie, for going above and beyond to walk me through the process when we had an issue with booking the wrong dates accidentally. Didn't like the attitude of the housekeeper on our floor.
Unfriendly staff and times, they don't clean the rooms during multiple day stays, hot tub was not working
I checked out at 3:45 am and Kelly the front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating. Since there complementary breakfast didn't start till 6am, she offered me a muffin and had coffee ready. Very nice young lady.
Great restaurants around area and good lighting. Close to airport
We waited almost an hour for airport shuttle - I kept calling hotel and they kept saying it was coming. Another hotel shuttle saw us sitting there at airport and offered us a ride.
Property was clean. Coffee 24 hours a day for people who leave before then breakfast starts.
Centrally located
We mainly stayed here because we had a 6:00 AM flight, and LaQuinta was only 5 minutes from the airport. With that said, it’s not very close to other touristy things. However, it has several nearby eating places, along with gas and grocery stores. It’s disappointing, through this COVID time, that the hot breakfasts we used to enjoy are no longer available. Hopefully those will come back in time.
