Was looking forward to the Hot Tub and pool. Both where ice cold. Staff did try to trouble shoot Hot tub .

I chose it because it was labeled as free shuttle to airport. However, when I arrived at the airport at 8:30PM, I was told the shuttle was available before 8 PM. I hope this information should be emphasized on expedia's page. The lock in my first room was broken and we changed keys twice until front desk switched another room for us. There are many crazy drivers in Orlando, at least in the area around this hotel. There is no traffic lights or crosswalk on the streets nearby. The Good Parts: Great big breakfast options, and very friendly, helpful staff. There was a nice park, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The rooms were modest and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently located near the airport with excellent, free shuttle service to the airport. The pool and patio area were chill. Trade-Offs: There was a 3rd party overbooking issue that inconvenienced and negatively impacted myself and other customers.
