Everything was good except the shuttle didn't begin in time for my flight. The lovely young man at the desk gave me a number to pre order a taxi and it was right on time so it all worked out okay.

We were happy with our room and the pool. The staff that checked us on were very nice. Thanks, Paul and Victor! Our room did have a pretty substantial problem with water dripping out of the shower area on the floor and it pooled by the tub in a way that makes me worry it soaks down into the floor. The doors to the bathroom didn't shut all the way and we're a bit worse for wear.

Remember this one for the future. Visited with my sister after going to Universal Park before a morning flight. Check in was easy and pleasant. I arranged a shuttle for a morning flight. The room was clean and well set up. A selection of dining choices were walkable. The cost was reasonable with new post Covid prices. Before leaving I was able to have a good breakfast. Plentiful selection.
