The staff was super friendly and helpful. In general my stay was fine. I was only there to sleep however I would say the hotel needs an update. New bedding, better fixtures and maybe even an attempt to clean the pool. My 5 year was so disappointed she could not use the pool because it was dirty. Our microwave did not work and the fridge froze everything that was placed inside. Breakfast was typical, no complaints there. And keep in mind of the times that the shuttle is in use. After checking in we found that out room door was open. That was a bit weird. The room was dirty (closet and floors were not swept), bed had spots, mold and dirt on the window casing, door lock was loose and in need of repair and the room needed a dusting. What I liked was the proximity to the airport and the breakfast was decent.
The hotel was very clean. I was very disappointed that the “hot tub” was cold. Breakfast choices were very limited. Restaurants within walking distance were Carraba’s, Longhorn, IHOP. Overall don’t think I’d return.
