I liked the shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Did not like that there were no daily cleaning services and when requested for housekeeping they did not clean only cleaned the very last day when we left. If you want to stay near where there is a lot to do this wouldn’t be the first recommendation unless you have your own source of transportation. It was 20minute drive in an Uber or lyft to go where there was more touristy areas
I have stayed here multiple times and have always been impressed with the room, cleanliness, location and amenities. I usually stay here prior to an early flight the next morning. I was disappointed when I checked to find that the times for the hotel shuttle to the airport had changed. My flight was 7 a.m. and the shuttle does not start until 6 a.m. meaning I had to find other transportation. I immediately scheduled a 4:30 pick up with another service for the next morning. Conveniently located 7 minutes fro the airport. It was close to several malls, transportation was readily available to Orlando sites, property was Clean, safe, quiet and staff was for the most part friendly and accessible.
The door jam was not straight causing door to not open or close with ease. Could be dangerous and is very noisy. The TV volume fluctuated too much. The AC didn’t work well. Couldn’t be adjusted. Very hot in the room.

Was modernized, & nice staff. Great having a shuttle to & from airport.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. TV didn’t work properly but I wasn’t there for the TV 😁. Shuttle was prompt easy access to the airport.
