My flight was delayed by 4 hours arriving at almost 2am. I had called from the stopover and talked to the person at the desk. He was absolutely friendly and said he would let his co-worker know. Upon my final arrival in the wee hours of the morning, Kelly was so pleasant and friendly that she changed the negative experiences of the day to a positive outlook for the new day. Thank you very much.
