First night the AC in out room didn't work. The woman at the desk was so helpful and alerted maintenance about the issue. The next day we moved rooms. It was a nicer room. The first floor has higher ceiling. The customer service was great. Great location to try out the local flavor.
Excellent Staff - super response to COVID19. Old carpet in hallways - but room was updated and very clean - commons area was updated and very clean.
