hall way carpet should be cleaned , in front of my room there was a large spot . your store items where price at a airport prices

The room was very modern and up to date. It is a small quaint hotel with a great view outside! However, walking into the hotel and riding the elevator up to our room we could tell that the hotel is dated and hasn't been updated in several years other than the front desk and the rooms. We did ask for our room early and they were happy to do it! Which was greatly appreciated because we were feeling terrible! When we arrived Rudy was kind and helpful, as they were no rooms ready he offered to storage our luggage so we could enjoy the destination. However as we came back Trey the guy at the frontdesk was far from kind, helpful and amicable. The hotel is really nice and has a great location. The facilities were new and very clean. I want to congratulate Rudy, both time we saw him he always had a smile and was working helping all guests.

great breakfast. They need better location for the waffle machine because at busy times people can not get to other food areas.
