Short stay, close to the airport Some of our family stayed here for 1 night...well, a few hours anyway, between arriving and going to the airport to p/u our final arrivals the next morning. We arrived very late (after 2 in the morning) and had great service at the desk. We had requested a crib in the room, and it was there and very easy to set up. Room was clean. Real deal This is one good hotel to stay. Worth to notice hotel provides REAL high speed internet for free. Bandwidth speed was always above 20 Mbs. Clean and new place. Highly recommended.

Ok at best I was really surprised at how much noise traveled between the rooms. We were desperate for sleep and it was basically impossible after about 5 am. Location is great, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the delicious diverse breakfast was nice and early.

Close to airport Just stayed overnight to catch plane the next day. Front desk people were so helpful and so nice. Room was decent, could have been a little cleaner but wasn’t terrible. Upon returning to Orlando, the shuttle was 30-45 min late. That was a minor inconvenience to an otherwise pleasant experience.

Worth the value Hotel is nice. Not much people to help in front desk at night, but she was very nice despite being so busy. Outdated in some areas like bathroom, and appliances. But all working. Overall a great stay!

Pleasant, but uninformed. I asked about a hotel shuttle to Disney; or a shuttle or bus to anywhere in town, and the front desk staff could not direct me on the local transportation. They made no attempt to find out. This should be basic info for anyone that asks. However, the hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. Experience was good.
