Pros: Close to the airport and the convention center. Cons: They are renovating I'm sure everything will be better when it's completed including the staff. Location: Good location The people were helpful but not friendly. The elavator was scary - made strange noises.

Nice hotel staff excellent close to airport Excellent!!!!! Rooms large and clean!!! Within walking distance of many restaurants. Only down side is they were remodeling the lobby and the temporary was a bit crowded. Otherwise excellent! We would defiantly stay there again!

Renovations are fantastic! Stayed in a newly rennovated room, very very nice and modern! Comfortable beds!

It was overall great ! The breakfast was ok not a big selection but I'm pregnant so it was still fine. Another thing I wish the pool was more cleaned was a lot of dead flies floating around me .

Beware - barking dogs My room was close to another who had a dog who barked all night. Cant get sleep when dogs are barking. I recommend putting animals all on one floor and keeping those who would like to sleep away from the animal floor.

I do apologize for the issue with the dogs barking. We actually only allow dogs on the 1st floor. If you were on another floor and there were dogs, it was probably due to that guest not informing us of a pet. I do hope the remainder of your stay was good.
Nice hotel, close to the airport Pros: Very pleasant staff, the room was extremely welcoming, clean and spacious. Close to the airport, shuttle service available. . My stay was only 2 days but I will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Very nice stay Close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport, and very cheap parking if you are leaving your car there for a trip ($20 total for up to 7 days! $10/day after that). The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. You could hear some hall noise through the door, but it was never excessive.
