The property was dirty and hallways and elevator filthy!!! The shower in our room the water temperature was literally impossible to control.

1.checked in 8/1/25 due to flight cancellation 2. Checked into rm 228 air conditioning not working and the room smells very old 3. Not pillow top for the pullout coach 4. No extra blankets,had to use 2 sheets to keep warm 5.the elevator jumps on the 4fl every time it stops on the floor 6.the toilet stopped up and no one came up 7. Upon arrival our room smelled & was really hot. After a shower it was still hot so i tried to call the desk but the phone didnt work. The deadbolt disnt lock the door and there were dirty areas in the bathroom. However, when i alerted staff they immediately gave us another room and i think his name was Rodrigo he was in training, was amazing. He checked the new rooms ac and made sure we were happy with it before he left. He also made sure to understand what the issues were in the old room.

Dirty, pool is horrible , the room and bedding was dirty , never came and clean my room had to go find the lady that clean the rooms to get clean stuff, had to take out my own trash , the bathroom clogged the sink was clogged it was horrible

The airport shuttle is why I chose this hotel. I also expected since it’s part of Wyndham that it would be in much better conditions. I have stayed in La Quinta Inn in years ago and it was never in these conditions. The entire hotel needs a complete renovation! My room was very poor, one of the beds sunk in towards the middle, the bedsheet had black hair, the edge of the bed frame was dirty and had crumbs, and the bathroom had mold all around the edges, the toilet had to be flushed 2x in order to go down and, the AC was not ... read more

The room smelled like mildew, they moved us and the next room poorly cleaned. Luckily we were only there for a few hours until our flight the next morning.

The staff was nice but our rooms were gross, bathroom had little bugs and just feels like its not up-kept. We booked this spot primarily for the shuttle but when we called they told us there was a problem with the shuttle - told us they would comp us for the uber/taxi but we got a car rental early and didnt get comped for that. After a long day of traveling with 4 kids under 11 years old, it was not the best situation nor was getting to the super old room. Shower had no pressure and was only cold water.
