A central location with nearby food options. The staff was very friendly, but they weren't able to handle any issues. I've stayed at this chain before and have never had such a bad experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, it looked dirty, there was no hot water, clogged plumbing, there weren't many breakfast options, the coffee was cold, and the restrooms smelled bad. Roaches in the hallways along with dirty linens. I checked out a day early as I didn’t like the conditions.

Room was very run down and had a small ant infestation. Ceiling above the shower showed water damage. Paint was many coats so the door stuck. Wrapper was sticking out from under a chair. Paint chips in corner under the bathroom counter. In other words, not clean and in need of renovation and/or repairs. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very good.

On the evening of June 13, 2025, I checked into a room that unfortunately had a pervasive and unpleasant odor. This made it impossible for me to sleep comfortably throughout the night.

For starters the crappy old tv was not working. I called front desk and remote controls and still nothing. Don't expect much.

While the property and staff were good, the room conditions weren’t as great. The water pressure was awful and the bed was very uncomfortable.
