First room not cleaned from prior guests. Second room key card didn't work. Third room had one bed. Reserved two beds, four adults. Two slept in bed, one in recliner and one on the floor after making several trips to the front desk for blankets and towels.
Room key was t working. Alternate room offers was not similar with tarrible pull out sofa bed. No airport shuttle as mentioned on website.
Mold everywhere. Carpets that are wet. Very dirty. Floors unwashed. Dirt in every crevice. Laundry room was atrocious. No ice machine worked on upper floors. Elevator is super sketchy. Broken bathroom door and the smiling rude attendant could have cared less. Had to replace room key twice. The only good thing was the a/c worked. Broken blow dryer in room. We had 4 rooms and all filled with mold. Limited shuttle service. WORST “hotel” EVER! Would NOT recommend.
I will never stay there again..smelled loke roach spray & very old elevator
It’s a one night stay, but we’re frustrated that the room she gave us was horrible. The door frame has a gap that someone from the outside can see us. The bathtub has a stain that needed to be replaced, the toilet seat cover is almost to come off and the bathroom door handle is broken.
Well let’s begin with the breakfast, just terrible eggs tasted my straight water! We had a trip to Disney left in the morning came back like 6 pm to find we didn’t receive any room service. Extremely upsetting to arrive back to no clean towels. We even grabbed all our dirty towels and out them together, collected all our trash and placed them bags just to make it easier.
