The staff were nice. There was confusion regarding timing for transportation from the airport. Our bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned, there was long dark hair on the floor and in the tub.

The pool is not operational when we were there and the hot tubs were not hot. The room was fine.

The free shuttle to the airport was great, that’s the main reason why we booked this place. The room was adequate. Some stains on bedsheets and towels. The front door didn’t close very well unless you slam it or lift it up while closing it. The bathroom fan didn’t work. It was a bit dirty and unkept in general, but it worked. You get what you pay for!

Shuttle did not show up and made us wait for over an hour. Room was dirty and smelled funny. Dead frog in the hot tub and an uncleaned pool. Breakfast was subpar.

The property was dirty and hallways and elevator filthy!!! The shower in our room the water temperature was literally impossible to control.

1.checked in 8/1/25 due to flight cancellation 2. Checked into rm 228 air conditioning not working and the room smells very old 3. Not pillow top for the pullout coach 4. No extra blankets,had to use 2 sheets to keep warm 5.the elevator jumps on the 4fl every time it stops on the floor 6.the toilet stopped up and no one came up 7. Upon arrival our room smelled & was really hot. After a shower it was still hot so i tried to call the desk but the phone didnt work. The deadbolt disnt lock the door and there were dirty areas in the bathroom. However, when i alerted staff they immediately gave us another room and i think his name was Rodrigo he was in training, was amazing. He checked the new rooms ac and made sure we were happy with it before he left. He also made sure to understand what the issues were in the old room.
