I basically got no sleep while staying here. You could hear everything from the room next to mine. The occupants next to me screamed/argued for hours. Basically the entire time I was there. It was awful.

At first glance, the hotel seemed acceptable. We weren't looking for anything fancy—just a clean place to spend the night before our flight from Orlando International Airport. During check-in, we were surprised to encounter an unexpected $15 parking fee, despite the website clearly stating 'free self-parking.' Around 6:30 PM, we dropped off our luggage and headed out for dinner. When we returned to the hotel, we were appalled by the cleanliness. Muy sucios las habitaciones, los baños muy sucios , las llaves del agua siempre botando agua . La tina en muy mal estado de limpieza y fluido de drenaje. Polvo en las habitaciones y el aire acondicionado lleno de polvo. Microondas en la funciónamiento. Nos dieron el piso #5 habitación 508, pero estaba mal el drenaje de la tina . Nos dieron la #500 y nunca se cerró el agua. Muy sucio… y el elevador que tienen es un riesgo para los huéspedes. El microondas huele a corto y sale un olor a quemado. Checking in the hotel was quick and easy, but once we enter the room. The tv didn’t work, the room had a weird smell, the floor was wet near the bed side. The breakfast was terrible due to finding a piece of hair in my eggs.

The property and room was very dirty. There was either rust or poop in the toilet. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was hair hanging from the clean towels. The rug in the hallway and the room was not vacuumed and there were food crumbs everywhere. The hotel elevator was outdated and smelled of urine. We checked out and took an Uber to a different hotel. The Hotel would not reimburse us for that nights stay even though we were there for less than 10 minutes. An Expedia agent could not help us any further. This hotel shou... read more
