Great stay for a layover Pros: Clean close to airport. Free shuttle. Location: Close to restaurants Great clean hotel with shuttle service to airport. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice beds. We were able to check in early when we got back from our cruise. Would stay again.
Very disappointed with this hotel. The refrigerator in our room was not working properly, which caused all of our food to spoil. We were out most of the day and only discovered the issue the morning of checkout, as there were no warning signs the fridge wasn’t cooling. Despite this being a hotel equipment failure, the hotel kept my security deposit and provided no explanation, itemized charges, or accountability. The hotel room sheets had stains on them, the bathroom doors didn’t close properly, the room smell was overpowered by Fabuloso and still the room overall felt dirty.
Dog barking somewhere around and no extra pillows provided. Beds and overall hotel condition is pretty poor
Room smelled musty. Bathroom was filthy with mold in the shower and a previous guest’s coffee pod lid was still on the floor by the toilet. Felt like nothing had been cleaned properly or at all. Not impressed and would not recommend. Hotel shuttle driver was also the same person who refilled the breakfast buffet and never washed her hands. Disgusting.
The hotel needs to clean the hall way floors and room sofa was very dirty and old. The sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced. Parking was an entire challenge and lack of handicap available spaces.
