Exceptional The morning lady Maria is very rude and has bad customer service. All the employees are great except Maria Colton the manager has been awesome

I enjoyed a long stay in different rooms for a thorough experience that was overall enjoyable! Thk U Well, a couple improvements would be good....I greatly appreciate when the temperature is kept cool in lobby, breakfast area which were warm with storms and humid weather, free pet stays back again and some hotels have dog treats, toys and special touches for pets which is sweet, prepackaged cookies, fruit or candy in coffee area are a special touch I appreciate in hotels which were not here.
