Excellent and would definitely stay again in needing to stay in Lake Mary! Breakfast food was slightly cold but still good and I wish there were more than one option of flavored coffee creamer. CLEAN!!!! Halls smelled clean. It was quiet! The rooms were clean. Pillows and bed were comfy. Space in the room was great especially traveling with my mother and 13 yr old son. We were able to have an air mattress in the room with plenty of space.

Very Good First, this is not the worst thing ever. Overall the room was very clean, but there was one roach on the wall. I killed it immediately and never saw another. That was the only negative, and its florida and roaches are everywhere. I don't fault anyone for this, but I could also not give a perfect score. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy.
