good value but room for improvement. Room service was less than ideal, we stayed 2 nights and our bed was never made, towels were never changed, they barely went in and emptied the trash. The main elevator close to the lobby was out of service, which meant going to the other end of the hotel each time in order to go up to our room in the 5th floor or going up the stairs. The "out of order" sign was taken out from the door at the lobby a couple of times, but never on the room floors, so you weren't sure you able or not to rid... read more

Great Value. We would have loved to have grabbed a few items for breakfast, but understandably, the breakfast room was not open at 4:00 am. We stayed here for one night as we had an early flight the following morning. We could definitely stay here again, however. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Bed and pillows were awesome!

Pleasant, with no surprises. Nothing we didn’t like. If there was, you’d have heard about it. Or we wouldn’t have come back. Room, including bathroom, was quite clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was professional and courteous. This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed there.
