Very Good One of the elevators was being worked on, but otherwise everything was fine

Pleasant Renovations going on not a big deal but lots of garbage and questionable people around . Made me feel unsafe. Also, housekeeping came in dumped garbage, gave us new towels (we didn’t request) took the washcloths and didn’t make the bed. Thought that was strange. Loved the location.

Good value The hotel is doing renovations so there was only 1 elevator working for the entire hotel and per past reviews this has been down for sometime, I was hoping it was fixed by the time we checked in but it was still not working, breakfast was ok but the options didn’t change from day to day, it was the same thing each morning. On our last day my husband had to kill a few German roaches in our room which gave me the heebie-jeebies. The hotel was close to everything which made my trip so much more convenient

Very Good Broken elevator and had to walk to complete other end of hall to get to room or walk up 4 flights of stairs. Price and location

Wonderful The jacuzzi wasn't working. It was the main point of me choosing this hotel and I want able to use it. The room was clean.
