It was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Too many pets and one was too noisy (finally calmed down after an hour or so). The first room we were assigned had a bad odor, so we requested another one and the 2nd room was fine, clean and quiet. We had no other problems and enjoyed our stay. Also, the wifi worked, so that was a plus. We have visited this hotel several times because of its' ideal location for our appointments.

Everything is new, clean, friendly and helpful. Needed to get toothpaste and bought it but it was way over priced. Check for price before you shop in the little quick buy area -I wouldn't buy it there again -the stores at the end of the street would have it. Everything in the lobby, halls, and room are brand new. Pretty breakfast area, friendly check in even at 1am when plane was late.
