Fair Rooms were ok pretty clean, but hallway carpets dirty. Breakfast wasn't very good compared to other places we've stayed. Undergoing renovations, so might improve.
Amazing. Thank you again for the amazing staff. We were displaced because of Irma. The staff was AMAZING AT MAKING US FEEL AT HOME!! My mother is 83yrs old and they were very attentive to her needs. Thank you so much again
It was under renovation and I was never made aware of it. The parking lot and hallways were a mess. Elevators broke a lot. Renovations completely took over the property. The room we got was brand new. It was nice and comfortable. The breakfast had good variety.
Good hotel when arriving on long haul flight from uk. Breakfast was a little disappointing. As it was included in room rate it did not concern me. The bed was very comfy and king size.
Property under renovation should have been stated Property was undergoing renovations and the cleanliness was awful.
My stay was great. I would have like a better deal to stay more days with going through booking.com. The place was very clean the staff was very pleasant. Having breakfast available every morning was great.
