Fair Friendlier staff, cleaner elevators, no dogs barking around, tea and coffee properly stalked. Room was clean. Had microwave and fridge.

Overall good location and value Hot oatmeal or walnuts for package oatmeal. Greater variety of yogurt. Lake mary gave out of water so that puts us behind in starting off our day The waffles were good and the coffee was tasty. The staff was very nice and atentive to our wanting a late checkout even though they only gave us one hour extra we needed 2 hours. My wife conference was from 10 to 1530
