Meh The whole place stunk of weed, bathroom was not “handicap accessible”. There were hand bars but the tub was so tall it was difficult for my disabled mother to get in and out of. When we arrived, the handheld sprayer was broken and a bar was not fully attached to the wall. Staff was helpful with the many problems we had with our room.
Disappointing Our keys kept being shut off every day. Pillows were bunchy. Coffee was not very good and it was empty and not refilled. Nothing in description said pool was heated or they had a hot tub. Housekeeping went in when we were told there was none and valuables were left in the room Pool was heated. Location was wonderful in regards to the hospital
Ants. There were ants in the room, my partner stayed but I ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I went to inform someone at the desk but no one was there. Smelled nice
I would never stay in this hotel again! The man who checked us in and out of the hotel was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. At check out I was quite upset with my experience, and I was voicing my concerns to the attendant to which he had no response and simply handed me a card with no further words or explanation. I expected more out of the hotel and service since I was paying $209 a night! That is lot for a La Quinta when they use to be $75 a night not that long ago! The hotel was very warm and stuffy. Disappointed First room I was given smelled like a small rodent had died Second room smelled better and was spacious- the bed & pillows were comfy; however, the coffee pot was missing the tray to place the coffee in and the water pressure/nozzle were awful- had to run my head under the faucet itself to rinse out the shampoo. Also, the back entrance is poorly lighted The pillows
Fair Não tinha limpeza diaria do quarto, faltava toalhas de banho, materiais de higiene no banheiro e todos os dias tinha que pegar no front desk O café da manhã era muito bom mas em varios dias , faltavam algumas coisas e não era reposto
Great hotel for people traveling with pets minus the amount of dog poop all over the grounds where you walk the pets The outside has dog poop everywhere.. i know guests should clean this up (as we did) but it was everywhere and we had to clean our dogs paws when entering the room each time. Knowing this is a pet friendly hotel if guests don’t clean up they should have a dedicated groundsman to also do so unfortunately… Employees were nice, inside the hotel was nice and clean
Bad Experience this Hotel. I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Mary and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. As a guest in Room 527 attending the ECNL Soccer Showcase, I needed to upload game recordings using Trace equipment, which requires a wired internet connection. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed me that the hotel operates solely on a wireless network and does not provide Ethernet ports or modems, a change implemented during the 2017 remodel. Poor The first room we were in was infested with ants in the bathroom sink. The second room was infested with German roaches in the bathroom. We will never stay here again. They did to get an exterminator. Absolutely disgusting. The spa was nice
