not a happy customer! they could not find my booking, took 30 min to check-in! then my brother paid cash for the room and I noticed they still charged my credit card.
Eh. Good enough to stay to sleep. Bedroom was never made up after i left at 7am and returned at 4pm. Shower had rust around the edges. front counter staff where nice people..
Good The noise level of the guests on my floor. We were on the 5th floor and the room next to us kept slamming the doors and screaming in the hall. We had an early flight so this made it a little difficult. The room service company had great food and you got a lot of food for the money.
Pleasant Cost was TOO high for the property and location! Location to Sanford Airport after a late night flight.
Old Mattress was lumpy. Bathroom glass not clean. Corners of room dirty. Location to airport and I4. Breakfast was good
Good The waffles were sour and undercooked.Also I felt the price of room was high. The friendly staff and cleanliness.
