Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! We enjoyed everything from check-in to checkout.
Will be staying again!!! How the breakfast was only open until 9:30. McDonald's serves until 10:30. The pool and hot tub hit the spot after a long day at the theme park. The staff were very friendly. If I would have known that the hotel didn't charge extra for pets I would have brought out cat Luna.
Exceptional Bathroom door broke
Poor We checked in and found we had no blankets for the pullout bed. I went down and asked for some and was treaded very poorly! The lady at the desk was hateful because I asked for something my room should have come with. No breakfast when we checked out. Same lady at the desk, she said they were out of everything. I’ll find a new location next time and leave my findings on google review. It is a great location and has always been nice

Good vaule but subtle changes needed Breakfast was a fail. We went out (kinda late at 9:30- but if breakfast is til 10, food should be there. Or change it to "until supplies last) food was extremely limited. All bread items were gone and only a few yogurts remained. No toast, bagels or anything. Only thing available was waffles to make, eggs, and sausage. Bathroom doors are noisey and make it impossible to go in the night without everyone being disturbed The staff was very nice and accommodating. The price was a good vaule.
