awful bed bugs and dirty facility the lobby is very nice but nothing else This place has bed bugs... when I confronted the staff she told me she knew they had bed bugs and was trying to get control of the situation that they had just become the new owners... I still have not got my money back from this stay.
Disappointing This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. In the morning, it’s impossible to be outside because of the unbearable noise from the road. The rooms have a strong musty smell, making it really uncomfortable to stay in. The staff is completely incompetent — the receptionist took 20 minutes just to figure out how to take a $50 deposit from my card. Horrible stay, will not recommend Rooms were very dirty, one of the rooms we booked had roaches so we ended up having to cancel and find another hotel to stay at. The lobby as well as the rooms wreaked of cigarettes and urine.
It could have been better. The shower and faucets were leaking at all times. The beds were hard. The pool pipes outside had tape on them. The elevator seemed like it was not working at full capacity. The tv didn’t really work. It’s a La Quinta. I expect better. Parking and location.

Never returning. There was a stain on the floor that was large and seemed to be like a blood stain and the floor was wet in that area. EVERYTHING WAS DAMP THE WHOLE TIME DESPITE THE AC WORKING WELL. THE TOWELS WERE DAMP THE SHEETS WERE DAMP. I HAD A PLACE TO SLEEP.
No volveria La habitacion no fue lo que esperabamos, ingresamos y tenia un FUERTE olor a humedo, pusieron un ambientador entonces era un olor mezclado que daba nauseas, por dicha fue solo una noche, pero no fue lo que esperabamos. El desayuno muy rico, variedad y el café realmente rico.
Disappointing The room smelled weird and my neighbors were extremely loud. Everybody was nice.
