Atrocious Dirty mold bugs stains on the bed clogged up sinks shower didn’t drain The staff was amazing

Unhappy Nothing about the property did I like. It was the nasty smell La Quinta I have been to. The property was very unprofessional very unclothed had a bad smell to. Had drug users as house, cleaning and maintenance. The maintenance man stole my youngest son Phone the house cleaners witnessed him with my son‘s phone. We called the Police and did a police report in press charges on him. Disappointed First the elevator was broke then they put us in a room where it smell of wet carpet and the TV didn’t work or the phone I got a headache from the smell the moved us because I said I wouldn’t sleep she first said I’ll refund your money so you can go elsewhere then she got us another room she was rude at first after I told her this had nothing to do with us she changed her manners when we finally got a good room it was better then at 11:30 at night the maintenance man lets himself in were sleeping but here my doo... read more
Update the hotel and rooms I was laying down in the bed with my 2 year old daughter when I saw a bed bug around the corner of the bed. Then the elevator was broken down and we use the stairs you can smell cigarettes. Other thing I saw one broken window in the second floor Close to our family houses
