BATHROOM GOT FLOODED, HORRIBLE/INCOMPETENT STAFF. STAY AWAY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL We got woken up by a waterfall in our bathroom coming from the vent at 5am. I was in room 121 and apparently the toilet line had busted from upstairs in room 221. All the toilet water coming inside our restroom. We had about an inch of water already. No agradable La puerta del baño no cerraba, no teníamos agua caliente en la regadera, estaba deteriorado el cuarto, estaba sucio, había una mosca volando en nuestro cuarto, también había un mosquito en el baño, las toallas y la cama tenían manchas No me gusto nada y vaya que soy una persona que pasa desapercibido muchas cosas
Horrible!! Everything, it has a weed smell and horrible attitude staff. Nothing room was bad, I had paid online and made me paid again in the hotel so I was double charged and refunded later but that was not my problem. The check in was horrible.
Bring towels if staying multiple nights Getting clean towels was like an act of Congress. Absolutely ridiculous they took the dirty towels without leaving clean towels and we barely got a towel and a foot towel to dry with. Repeat the same thing the second time and I actually have to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper. It was near where I needed to be. The desk ladies were extremely polite.

It was awful There were bugs in the room when light was turned on. The Assist. manager, Bobby was so rude. I was charged two separate charges for same dates but one change was for three time the amount. I checked out after one night and assist.mgr will not give me credit for second night that I did not stay or my deposit back. It has been hell dealing with him. Location
