servicio no tan bueno, limpieza solo por encima. había cucarachas en el baño, y la recepcionista de la noche era grosera. solicitamos una toalla más, y nos comentó que solamente eran 3 por reservación, entonces porque se permiten las reservaciones para hasta 4 personas si al final de va a tener que compartir lo básico? la ubicación
Disappointing No hot water, poor water pressure in the shower and the bathroom sink was broke Cheaper price. So I guess you get what you pay for.

You pay for what you get ( upset ) The room service wasn’t even clean we the guess had to clean random spots and we had a bug in one of our rooms and wasn’t even cleaned out we had room service the next day and the bug is still their ! The room where their yet they did had a smell wasn’t very comfy to stay in a room all day no didn’t recommend it is why we where in and out the whole time
Disappointing The air conditioning unit did not work during our 3 day stay with kids. The unit made a loud noise. The pool area was dirty. The staff was rude upon check in. The shower and bathroom were clean.
