stressful and inconvenient The facilities are run down, air condition unit was leaking rug was soaked, toilet handle broken. we had to change rooms, when changed rooms the remote control didn’t work. staff had to come up in our room for about 45 min to set the tv because it was new and hadn’t been set up. I appreciate the staff who was helping however it was very inconvenient to have staff in the room at 9:00 pm after a long day.
