Exceptional Parking only on one side so if room is on left side you gotta walk a long way to go to your car but its not that big deal . Wish there was an actual vending machine so I don’t have to bother desk person to buy a soda Well it was in a good location, I took advantage of the washer and dryer, has a gym and a pool even though I didn’t utilize them. Bed was comfortable.

Awesome TV didn't work first night, but called and they got things taken care of quickly. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very comfortable.

Good No breakfast at the moment. Decent price, clean
Good At first, no running water. Then no elevator and everyone using stairs. Me and my pet had a room directly next to the stairs. All night people up and down dragging suitcases up and down. My cat didn't understand why we were there to begin with let alone listening to this most of the night. Then there was water but in the boil water mode. I made sure I had bottle water for him and myself. Finally about 3 says later the elevator was fixed. No breakfast just a bag with a bottle of juice, water and a granola bar, and to thi... read more

It was ok, would have like to see more compassion felt like the company and its policy could have been a little more considerate of the disaster at hand. they where charging $25 extra to check in 5 min early, didn't at all try to accommodate those who were in need. Due to the storm there was a lot of issues beyond the hotel receptionist control so overall with what they were given the stay was ok.
