Good My trip was based with my needs in mind but unfortunately the business center wasn’t available or machines didn’t work, the jacuzzi and pool area under maintenance. Just expected those items. The location was great and the staff was helpful

I got more bang for my buck! I didn’t like that the shower head was removable. It made showering my kids a little more difficult. We only had 1 soap and 1 shampoo in the room, and after a 3 hour flight from Japan to Taiwan that had a 10 hour lay over, and a 16 hour flight from Taiwan to Houston, 1 soap and 1 shampoo seemed like a bad joke when we it came down to take a shower. I liked how the luggage carts were easily accessible, the staff was knowledgeable and the room was a lot more spacious than expected.

Great stay! Not a thing. Everything was great! Rooms were great and our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. Employees were absolutely professional and friendly.
