Very nice and comfortable lodgings. The comforter was 'slippery' and had to keep being pulled back onto the bed. Typical 9:00 end to breakfast. Had to ask for a couple more towels. The bed was very comfortable. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant options in the area.
Fair Beds uncomfortable and bedding supply was poor
Exceptional Walls a little thin, could hear people in adjoining rooms and hallway.

Staying close to pearland family. The noise coming down the stairs. My kids and I were in rm123 The guest should use elevator , only time guest should be in stairway if there's an emergency. didn't have time for breakfast, How ever it looked good.
La Quinta Inn first time staying Excellent service...we arrived earlier than expected, but we're given the best customer service...staff very friendly/professional.
Clean, comfortable pleasant staff We were very comfortable. It was clean, neat and located close to our daughter's home.
