No towels!!! We asked for small towels and they did not have any, so we had to bathe with the medium size towels after waiting on housekeeping to bring them. Also the smoke detector went off due to the steam from the bathroom and they called to see if we were smoking, which we advised no. We do not smoke. A few minutes later housekeeping knocked on the door. My son answered and she rudely asked again if we were smoking. If we had been she would have smelled it. Pearland getaway Breakfast - the eggs were cold and too buttery Good variety of selection to grab and go. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable too plus the location was great! Would definitely recommend this place to others especially if you want to be close to the med center without having to stay right in the thick of it.
Disappointing Dirty linens, stains on bathtub, ironing board dirty / stained. Elevator clearly not vacuumed
