Remodel needed The hotel smells horrible. My room smelled like mold and the carpet was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t full The price was reasonable and great product in bathroom.
Horrible experience. It was dirty and not updated. No soap in the bathroom. The drain in the sink was stuck closed. The night before, I booked through Booking at Laquita Kingwood . The next morning they printed a receipt for me. The next day, I booked Laquita Pearland and they refused to print me one. The gym.
Please refund unused portion of my payment. Second time requesting. Noise, in adjoining rooms, noise in corridor, toilet constantly blocked, moldy odors in room, vehicles being broken into in parking lot and crazy lady roaming the isles. Location, Breakfast, Staff, appearance.

Disappointing Smelled old, carpets tearing up. Linen was not fresh Beds were comfortable
Fair I had holds on 4 credit cards of $50 a few of them had 4 holds. The machine was not working. I even showed my bank acct and where the hold was sitting. That is a bit excessive running several cards so many times. It took several days for the holds to fall off all my cards. I didn't eat
Fair The bathroom we were in wasn't well maintained it had a few chips in the paint in the bathtub. The next morning at 8:00 they started cleaning up the breakfast area before my mother could even eat, so I had to quickly make her breakfast so she can eat when the breakfast area closes at 9:00.
