Will not stay there again!! First night was horrible, was on the first floor had to put up with noise till 3 am. I called the front office about the noise and was told their was not much they could do just observe (really) and make a phone call to that room (big whoop). Second night was a little better and third night was quiet. But left sleep deprived! location

dissappointing either light bulbs were burned out or lights in living area didn’t work, refrigerator making grinding noise and carpet ripped when you walked in door location
I don’t know if I would do it again, but they were lucky it was Valentine’s Day. As soon as I walked into my room, the lights didn’t work, and then they charged me twice the wrong amount. The location was good, nice inside
It was an okay stay. The furniture is outdated, and the room was not as clean as it could have been. They need to makeover the King executive suites, they were run down, walls were dingy, and the bathroom needs a major facelift. Also, the water in the shower never got hot, it stayed at a lukewarm tempature and the sink was clogged. The location was ideal, and the size of the room was really good for the value.
Will not stay at this property again No hot water in 3 of the 4 room , they did have us other room to shower because we didn’t wanted to move at night but still it was inconvenience in 40 degree weather. Breakfast was ok poor front desk girl had to give going back and forth from desk to breakfast as every thing was getting wiped out

not satisfied Front desk cancelled my room through booking when I was checking in and charged me full rate which was $70 more. NO hot water or water pressure
It was an okay stay. Could not get good reception for phone service. Couldn’t get into the door after a certain time and had to knock on the door hard until someone came to the door. It was in a nice area. There are a lot of shopping stores surrounding the area.
