Bad I couldn't stay there because their elevator was out since 9am (our room was on the 4th floor) & there wasn't a handicap accessible room on the 1st floor.

Um dos piores atendimentos da minha vida Atendente pessima. Hotel simplesmente abandonado pela direção. Reservei a estadia. Cheguei ao local não haviam quartos. Atendente disse que estava sozinha e que não tinha previsão. Simplesmente nos deixaram não mão. Tivemos que correr para fazer outra reserva em outro hotel. Diversas pessoas passaram pela mesma situação

Bad Sold my reservation Nothing. Staff are very rude
Do not recommend Hotel was warm when walking in like air wasn't working, tons of crumbs in pull out bed, no bedding for pull out bed, air didn't work well in room, smoke detector was on bathroom counter, mold behind the toilet. Location was good for where we needed to be the next day.
I could have dealt with a lot but the dog was ridiculous There was a dog barking all night for the two nights I stayed and I barely got any rest. Also the garbage in the hallway stayed full and the odor was horrible Location
