Disappointing Reported that the toilet has the handle broken and never came to repair it. close to almost everything

One of my worst hotel stays ever… I was not pleased with this stay at La Quinta and will likely never stay again. We were booked into a king suite and upon arrival they told us they were overbooked and put us in a king room. The room itself smelled like an old dirty mop. The toilet paper holder was off the wall in the bathroom and when we woke up in the morning, the carpet by the AC was soaked. The front desk told us that we would be able to switch to the room we booked in the morning as they had people checking out. However... read more

Wasn’t a horrible stay, but wasn’t that great either. Sheets weren’t fully clean with stains on one of the beds. Smoke alarm kept going off on my first day and more than half of the outlets did not work. Good location, friendly staff.

Disappointing Durante tutto il mio soggiorno, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Inoltre bisognava fare la doccia con la porta del bagno aperta perché altrimenti con "l'ondata di vapore" poi scattava l'allarme antincendio.

Fair La habitación no tenía buen olor.. Solicitamos limpieza de la habitación y nunca se hizo. Solicitamos toallas de ducha y no tenían.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Major Safety Issues! Warning!!!! Do NOT stay here! Major SAFETY issues!!!!! There are scams going on here to rob you or worse take you or your kids for sex trafficking. Our room was at the end of the hall, the lock was removed from the door, the peep hole was covered up with paper shoved in it and the phone in the room was cut.
