Good Si llegas antes del Check in que regularmente es a las 3 de la tarde , no cuentan con un espacio para dejar las maletas por lo que hay que esperar hasta que asignen tu habitación

Very Poor I made this reservation with booking.com, then never got a confirmation email. I was worried something was wrong so I called the hotel to make sure they got my reservation and I was told by the front desk they did. When the time came to go to the hotel they suddenly knew nothing about my reservation and I had to find a new hotel at 2AM. don't know

Fair En el front desk nos informaron que booking.com, habia sobrevendido el hotel y que no habia mas habitaciones con dos camas dobles, por lo que me ofrecieron una suite en el tercer piso con un sofa cama deplorable en un cuarto pegado a la puerta principal del cuarto y la cama king en otro cuarto. Mis hijos se sentian inseguros de dormir en ese sofa cama lejos de sus papas, en una habitacion desconocida para ellos y pegada a la puerta del cuarto. Fair When I initially booked my room, I requested non-down linens as I have a SEVERE feather allergy. When I arrived, I confirmed the request at the front desk but was told that your hotel doesn't use feather pillows. Upon entering the room, I immediately found this to be incorrect. I went back to the front desk, informed the clerk of the situation and requested foam pillows. She took the feather pillows from me immediately and informed me that someone from housekeeping would bring me foam pillows right away. The housekeeper... read more

It was good until the dogs arrived, I don't think I will return if the policy remains. Breakfast really lacked imagination, I've had much better elsewhere, in the states. They don't know how to boil an egg they were almost impossible to shell. Tried to tell them but it went on deaf ears.
