Bra oppholdssted,litt langt unna flyplass og cruisehavnene når du ikke leier bil. Det vi ikke likte var at prisen vi hadde fått ved bestilling ikke svarte overens med det vi fikk beskjed om å betale. For å bli enige ble vi først bedt om å ringe booking om å ordne opp selv, men til slutt fikk vi snakke med en annen person. Til slutt fikk vi summene til å nærme seg hverandre. Den personen vi ble tatt imot av når vi kom var lite hyggelig. Den nest siste var like så. Vi fant ikke alt som var avbildet på frokosten, bl. a. pølser ... read more

Não recomendável Definitivamente não posso recomendar essa Rede de Hotéis. Começou quando o La Quinta Inn Airport North, de Miami, cancelou, às vésperas de meu embarque, minha reserva onde eu deveria passar a primeira noite de minha viagem. Um absurdo, visto que a reserva estava confirmada desde junho do ano passado. Quando me apresentei no La Quinta Inn Plantation, onde passaria as últimas duas noites, a atendente não conseguia localizar minha reserva. Very nice hotel but room was not cleaned Our room was not cleaned at all. According to the unhelpful, unpleasant evening receptionist, if there is a Do Not Disturb sign on your door when the cleaning staff service your particular floor in the morning they will NEVER return to that floor to clean the rooms they missed. So when we left our room shortly after 11am, the cleaners had moved on and hence we came back to a dirty room. Rooms were great, food not so much! The bananas were all badly bruised, should have been pitted. The lobby was extremely cold. Uncomfortable to sit and eat. Other than carbs, food selection was extremely poor. It wasn’t great.

Good location but lacking cleaning and comfort Cleaning was terrible. It seemed like the room had never gone through heavy cleaning. Also, sheets and pillows felt old and cheap. Breakfast had limited options, only bagels, toast, waffle and cereals. Practically no fruits and no eggs. Room was big and with enough space for clothes and bags. Staff was nice and helpful. Parking was good and location is perfect for those planning to shop at Sawgras.
