After a few hours on the phone, they provided a suite for the same price as the room I had reserved. They cancelled my check in even though I was scheduled to check in between 3PM & 12AM.
Fair place, but terrible breakfast! The breakfast service was terrible! The worst i evrr had in any hotel. We really looked forward to waking up to a great breakfast every morning, however, the breakfast cuts off at 9 am and sometimes even minutes before. The foods available to choose from were mostly carbs, limited apples, bananas and the only source of protein were very cold hard boiled eggs that were difficult to peel. Good A/C was broken (lot of noise and leaking) and the guy in charge knocked the door at 7am (i was sleeping) to fix it!!! 7min drive to sawgrass.

Um Hotel, altamente recomendável. Atende seguramente aos interesses dos viajantes. Sinceramente não tive, nenhum aspecto de desgostasse no estadia. Um hotel perfeito para viagens para à área central da Flórida. Principalmente por ser localizado numa área de fácil acesso, sem trânsito e rodeada de verde. Limpeza excelente, e uma equipe de funcionários bem treinados.
