Disappointing
Shocked! The initial room they gave us, was terrible!! I believe it was rm 427....4th floor. When the elevator opened the floor smelled like smoke. The carpet was disgusting, the furniture was chipped, scratched and the cushion in the chair was filthy! There were ants all over the dresser. When I called the front desk, they stated there were no more rooms available, so we went downstairs. The clerk at the desk did change us to Room 103, which was Much Better!
