Pleasant This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that I stay here and both times the elevators were not working. This time I was put on the 3rd floor and had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I’m 65 years old. Not sure I’ll ever stay at this La Quinta again. The location
Not good Leaving before ready Had to leave for the water to sprinkler broke and flooded hotel
I think it is overrated The lounge was clean
Pleasant Door into the bathroom "drifts" closed which is inconvenient if you want it to be open. Bathroom needs thorough top-to-bottom cleaning especially around bottom edges of the walls, around toilet, and tub. Shower curtain would be better if it were 6 to 8 inches wider; if it's pulled forward to keep water from splashing out, water splashes out the back and vice versa. WiFi, A/C, bathroom exhaust fan
Okay Howling dog noises through out the night. The front desk personnel had no control over the noise. People who want to go and relax at a hotel should be able to without being disturbed by barking and howling dogs in the hotel. The hotel should inform guess that they will be on the floor with dogs. Give the guest the opportunity to agree or disagree with the terms.

Very Poor After I booked this room, I realised we needed 2 extra rooms for our stay. I called the hotel directly and they were booked. I told the girl to cancel my room, but if they had cancellations to book them for me. Never heard anything back. The last week before our meeting we booked a room at aLaQuinta 20 miles away. Last minute choice due to funeral. Not a disaster, but not a place I would plan to stay. The setting was a cul-de-sac in a parking lot behind other buildings in a dumpster-like location. The view was of the backs of other buildings and parking lots. Dismal. I was awakened in the middle of the night by the clanging of the dumpsters being emptied behind the building next door.
