Overall the room was ok but the customer service was exceptional! Nothing really. I was very appreciative of the staff not only informing me of some items that I left but also shipped them to me. That was absolutely outstanding. Wonderful customer service.

It was a nice stay besides the construction going on due to the sprinkler damage. Did not like the location and the exterior was very unwelcoming, very trashy looking. We liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
