Staff were friendly, room was clean, and pet fee was reasonable. We had stayed at this hotel previously because it was pet friendly and didn't charge additional fees when we brought our pet. We booked the location a second time with this in mind, and there was still no pet fee. However, a week before our stay we were notified that the policy had changed and we were charged a $25 per night (no more than $75 per stay) non-refundable pet fee.
