Fair Our tv didn't work and with a 2 year old that's not good I told the guy at the front desk he said oh it's the weather, it never worked. Our keys didn't work for the next day and I went to the front desk and she said we have you checking out today, nope I paid for 2 nights. She said well it wasn't done properly, I didn't say to her um your the one who checked us in. The hotel flooded so fans machines were everywhere. They were remodeling I guess so parking was full of their big machines. The second day we had no water in... read more
Good The smell of the paint and I could not see out of our window because of the construction. The breakfast was good and also the location was very convenient.

We was allow to take photo of the incident however I'm sure it's apart of the Rockwall police report We stayed on the 3rd floor and I had my 6 and 9 year old grandkids with me we returned from dinner and the police was on our floor with a dog and had a man laying on the carpet on his belly with handcuffs nothing filters it was like watching 48 hours show with the children the 6 year old made a statement said I've never seen anything like this a dead man wow and about 1 hours went by and the 9 year old peak out the door they ... read more
