Over all a good experience for me. Shower faucet didnt want to work.

Expected better. No breakfast was served which I understand but the front desk said they would have bags in the morning which were not available. The pool was also not open till noon. But when we went at noon, the pool area was still messy with ashtrays, towels, and pizza boxes from the night before. Room was clean and I saw them disinfecting elevators.

See above No breakfast provided - Covid No toiletries 2 lg and 2 hand towels, nothing for the floor by the shower; slip risk Coffee maker missing tray for coffee packet; boiling water splattering; burn hazard Staff could be a bit friendlier/welcoming at check in

Exceptional I loved the friendlynes of staff, we were asked if we had floor preference and they were more than accommodating. I also loved the proximity to the airport, made catching my flight a breeze.

I give this place 9/10 all in all. Just need to provide pillows for people for sofa couch We had the king suite with the king bed and in other room a pull out sofa bed. There was only a fitted sheet on sofa bed with NO blankets or pillows (not even in closet) for my kids to use. So we had to give them our pillows and one of the blankets on our bed as well.
