cómoda y buena lo único que no me gusto fue una señorita del turno nocturno en recepción que parecía estar todo el tiempo de malas la gente muy amable, aún las personas que no hablan español son pacientes para atenderte

Eh. So, so. Won't be back. Was awakened by loud knocking noise. Called front desk, was informed that it was the hotel laundry upstairs from my room? Who washes at night 11pm? People are trying to sleep. At least I was. They offered to move me, I agreed. Changing rooms at that late hour, very disturbing to say the least. Especially after sleeping. Probably won't stay here again. Breakfast was okay. Location, ok.

Pleasant Toilet would not completely clean bowl when flushed. Could not adjust shower water stream. Hot tub water was not very hot. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and polite.
